Yep. That is my one and only wish. I wish for it every NYE…and it has yet to happen. So I just keep on wishing every year.
It has to happen sometime, right? (I can only hope.)

It's the last day of 2010...
and I plan on making it a kickass day!
Already woke up at 4am for my run. That’s either dedication or crazy. Not quite sure which!
Also that workout put me at 100 workouts since mid-September! What a great way to end the year!
I plan on eating as healthy as I possibly can and ending 2010 in a very healthy way!

Holy Crap! Is it possible?
NSV?
I just got home from the gym and looked in the mirror and thought..hmm my legs are starting to look better! So I reached for the measuring tape. And since about 2 weeks or so ago…
I have lost 3 inches off my thighs and 2 off my hips and 1 off my arms! Ummm….is that freakin possible? I can’t believe it!
Ahhh today has been freakin awesome and full of NSVs for me!!!

Getting frustrated.
With food.
It’s not that I am being tempted by it or over ate, or anything like that. It’s the opposite.
I am having trouble finding ways to eat enough each day. I am getting frustrated trying to figure out how many calories I should be eating.
I think I’m just having a rough day today.
This WILL happen in 2011...
I will weigh under 200.
I will run a race every month in 2011.
I will learn to love everything about myself.
I will explore my interests and do more things for myself.
I will become completely independent.
I will have fun!
I will be the best fitblr I can possibly be. I promise to get to know and support each and everyone one of you as best I can! I love you all!

Bleh.
Ugh I feel SO bad right now. I feel nauseated, bloated, crampy, & sore (that’s actually a good thing). But I MUST go to the gym. I have to get my run in for the day. NO EXCUSES.
Let’s just hope I don’t yack all over the treadmill. Back later with an update!

My workout included:
30 minutes on the elliptical
weights: chest/triceps/lats
10-12 reps, 3 sets of each exercise
bench press, dips, lat pulldowns, tricep pressdown, dumbbell pullover, & dumbbell flys
Thanks to Alex (smarthealth), I was able to come up with a very doable weight training routine. I am excited to work this into my weekly workout routine!

Tomorrow's workout...
I have can’t decide when I want to workout tomorrow. My work schedule for this week is all over the place. And tomorrow I have to be in early at 8. So that would mean I’d have to wake up at 4/4:30am to get my workout in before work.
OR
I can wait until after work training at 1pm and go after work (since it is on the way home).

C25K W2D1: Back on Track! (and NSV?)
I’m not gonna lie… I woke up this morning, saw that it was 25 degrees and wanted nothing more than the stay in bed under the warm covers. But after 10 minutes of arguing with myself, I got my butt out of the bed and headed to the gym. The only thing I focused on today was running. After taking a week off from running, I knew I had to get back to it today.

Snow in FL?
Not exactly… but we are getting snow flurries right now in Jacksonville! This is so weird!

I wish my gym would have been open yesterday and today. I have hated not getting in gym workouts these last 2 days. I can’t wait to go tomorrow! I plan on working extremely hard in the gym tomorrow! I need it. Bad.
Funny how things have changed over the last few months. Never would imagine that’d I’d crave the gym and hate not working out for 2 days. Not...
