Best run ever! Ok, probably not “ever”…but it’s the best I’ve had since I started running again.
It just felt great. My breathing was great and my legs felt better than ever. I probably could have gone longer and faster, but my cough started to act up so I had to take it easier than I would have liked. But it was still a good, sweaty run.
I walked for 4 minutes to warm up and then ran for 10:30 minutes straight and slowly upped the speed as I went.
I ended up PRing my mile time. 14:27. I’ll take it.
It’s sooo great to make progress. 2 weeks ago I was struggling to run for 4 minutes straight…and I just easily ran for 10:30 minutes without stopping!!
I am SO happy I got out of bed this morning and ran.
