I’ve failed at working out this week.
Thank goodness my eating has been good this week.
I am working an ungodly amount of hours this week. On top of that I have had numerous meetings in the evenings for Rotaract. I’ve also taken on being the head of another committee.
I tried to wake up at 5am for a workout this morning, but I was too exhausted. I am mentally and physically drained from all that is going on.
My goal is to workout Friday-Thursday before I leave for NC.
I need to get back to the gym…I miss it.
I need my life to calm down a bit.
